A Great Idea for community.
Our team commits 5% of our revenue to support civic engagement and community moements efforts. It is our history, and it is our future. We do this through various initiatives, including those detailed below.
Our empathy-led philosophy celebrates the magnificent spectrum in the LGBTQ+ community while encouraging all people to be treated with dignity and respect. As an LGBTBE (LGBT-Certified company), we are proud to support our community through grassroots support as well as via partnerships that address and support liberation.
In addition, we launched our Idealist Microgrant Initiative in conjunction with our 10th anniversary, in which local grassroots organizers applied and were granted microgrants to do innovative, meaningful work that addressed intersectional liberation change. Power Beyond Pride
In the fall of 2019, we are excited to be bringing the grassroots project Power Beyond Pride to life with the support of local volunteers and organizations. Starting with a great idea, the steering committee is building a monthly forum series that brings people together to discuss what the future of the LGBTQ+ community can look like in central North Carolina.

Held in LeBauer Park in the heart of downtown Greensboro, the festival brings together people from all walks of life to honor diversity, promote inclusion, and celebrate love in all its forms.
